Quik CloudVoice is billed per-seat with all-inclusive pricing for a predictable low monthly fee.
Quik CloudVoice, from Essential to Enterprise, includes unlimited calling and faxing anywhere in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada with the ability to manage your phone system anywhere, anytime. See our Pricing page for more information.

Phones and other hardware can also be returned within 30 days for a full refund (must be in good condition and have all original materials and accessories). For more information about the terms and conditions of phone and accessory purchases, please see our hardware terms of service page.

On June 3, 2005, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) mandated that all internet phone service providers interconnected to the public switched telephone network offer e911 as a standard element of their residential and business offerings.
The Federal Universal Service Fund subsidizes telephone service in rural and low-income areas. On June 21, 2006, the FCC voted unanimously to require all interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services that connect to the public-switched telephone network to contribute to this Fund (USF). This tax changes every quarter.
No. No contract, so no early termination fees. Contact our customer service team and we'll cancel service immediately or on a preferred date. This does not cover potential number porting fees if additional assistance is required for migration away.

Quik CloudVoice WorldWide licenses for users at international sites can be obtained for supported countries.
International numbers take 7-21 days to be added to your account, depending on the country.
Quik offers connecting users in various countries under "one system" as an additional service.
Adding extensions for international users makes reaching out easy and much cheaper than traditional long-distance.
Immediately upon setup, your account and phone number are activated and your phones will arrive in 5-10 business days (depending on shipping method).
Quik CloudVoice is cloud-based, so no on-premise PBX or servers to install. Once purchased, you can begin receiving calls immediately.
Technical support specialists are available to guide you through the process of provisioning (configuring) your phones for Quik CloudVoice and managing your phone system.
Additional telephone lines, PBX hardware or installation materials are not required. Quik CloudVoice will work with any high-speed, stable internet connection and requires a minimum of 64 kbps of bandwidth per call. A router is required to make the internet connection available to your phones/devices.
For best voice quality, we recommend a router with QoS (Quality of Service) enabled. QoS prioritizes the voice traffic over other internet traffic, which should provide better voice quality when your internet is being used for other activities (e.g., downloading large files, watching online videos, etc.). Learn more here.
To ensure voice traffic can flow through your network router, we recommend enabling port triggering from within your router’s configuration pages.
UDP ports: 5060, 7000 & 16384-32768
Since Quik CloudVoice is in the cloud and available online, the only equipment you need in your office are the IP phones, possibly a Power over Ethernet switch and the router with internet connection.
The administrator has full access to the phone system account configuration. This person will receive payment details and account notifications anytime updates are made to the account. The administrator is also able to make additional purchases from the account and configure all extensions and callflows. Other users will only be able to make changes to their own extensions.
The operator automatically receives calls from callers that do not select an option or extension. Operator can temporarily forward calls to another extension.
Being cloud-based, Quik CloudVoice will still receive calls and if you have configured a mobile number as one of your devices, then calls will roll-over in the event of an outage on-site. Faxes and voicemails will still be accessible via email notifications.

If a busy lamp field (BLF) is blinking, it means it’s ringing or on hold, if you have permission, you can pick up the line.
If a BLF is idle (green), you can press that line to quick-dial that person.
If a BLF is idle, you can press that line when doing a transfer as a quick-dial for the transfer.

A paging group is a group of devices and/or desk phones that can receive a paging call. This allows for live announcements to be made to multiple desk phones and/or overhead paging devices, usually covering certain areas of a building (e.g., “Warehouse” or “2nd Floor”). Paging groups have an extension, but cannot make or receive two-way calls.
Paging is supported by the following phones on Quik CloudVoice:
Paging is a one-way broadcast to one or multiple devices/users. Intercom is two-way communication between two devices/users.
Phones will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from the date of order, depending on the selected shipping method. We ship FedEx or UPS ground, 2-day or overnight delivery. For international destinations, the shipment may arrive between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the locations. Phones arrive pre-configured and ready for you to connect and make calls.
For the best quality, we recommend using IP (SIP) phones. It is possible to connect analog phones using an analog telephone adapter or ATA.
This device connects your analog phone to your network router or switch and registers to Quik's servers, allowing you to use your phone.
Yes, most SIP IP phones can be used with Quik CloudVoice. They may need to be unlocked by your original provider and will require manual configuration.
Please note: Our support team will not be able to troubleshoot or configure IP phones purchased from another vendor. We recommend customers use our preconfigured IP phones.
Currently, we do not sell hardware as a separate item. If you need to replace an existing phone and is within one year of purchase from Quik, you can do so by contacting customer service.
An ATA is an analog telephone adapter. It is an IP device used for connecting traditional analog phones to IP (cloud-based) telephone networks.
Yes, Quik CloudVoice supports traditional fax calls by connecting the fax machine to an ATA and connecting the ATA to your network. For more secure and reliable faxing, we recommend using our HTTPS fax gateway, please contact support for more information.
